Please read our guidelines carefully.
1. Scope of service
The agency provides general childcare: supervision, companionship and basic care of babies and children during the contracted time. The service does not include specialized, medical, therapeutic or personalized educational care unless agreed in writing beforehand.
2. Responsibility and limits
The agency selects nannies through internal recruiting and vetting processes; ultimate responsibility for minors rests with parents or legal guardians. The agency is not liable for accidents arising from incorrect instructions, omission of relevant information, or environmental conditions beyond the nanny's control. Clients must disclose in advance any allergies, medical conditions, special needs, dietary restrictions and medications (the latter only with express written authorization). Nannies are not required to perform housework unrelated to childcare.
3. Safe environment
The client agrees to provide a safe, adequate environment. The nanny may suspend the service if conditions endanger her integrity or the children's.
4. Payments and cancellations
The service is scheduled once the agreed deposit is paid. Cancellations under 24 hours carry a $200 MXN fee. Overtime at the end of the service is billed as full additional hours. Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance carry a 10% express surcharge.
5. Conduct and respect
Disrespect and verbal or physical mistreatment are not tolerated. If they occur, the agency may withdraw the service immediately without refund.
6. No direct hiring
Contracting or arranging services directly with the nanny outside the agency is strictly prohibited. Breach leads to penalties and permanent suspension. The agency is NOT responsible for services requested outside its official channels.
7. Confidentiality
Personal information is treated confidentially and used solely to provide the service, per our Privacy Notice.
8. Liability disclaimer
The agency acts as an intermediary in assigning nannies and assumes no legal, civil, criminal or labor liability for incidents during the service, except direct agency negligence. Supervision happens in the client's environment, so venue conditions fall outside our responsibility.
9. Nature of the service
The client accepts that the nanny is not their direct employee nor permanently employed by the agency. The relationship is limited to the contracted time, with no ongoing employment link.

The nanny collaborates under the established guidelines, with professionalism, ethics and responsibility.
2. Core responsibilities
Care for and supervise assigned children, watching over their safety; follow agreed instructions and maintain a respectful attitude. Unrelated activities, phone use and distractions during service are not allowed.
3. Punctuality and compliance
Punctuality is mandatory. Unjustified delays may lead to sanctions. In an emergency, notify in advance and help find a substitute.
4. Service limits
The nanny is not authorized to administer medication without a written prescription, perform household chores unrelated to the child, or transport minors without authorization.
5. No outside contact
Exchanging personal numbers with clients, arranging services outside the agency, or reporting overtime directly to families is prohibited. Breach is grounds for immediate termination.
6. Professional conduct
Absolute confidentiality about families. Report any irregularity immediately. Stay current with commissions.
7. Image and representation
The uniform is mandatory once part of the agency, as is the official CV template.
8. Temporary, hourly relationship
The collaboration is temporary and occasional, exclusively for the hours worked. There is no permanent employment relationship or exclusivity.
Limitation of liability
The agency is not responsible for conflicts or legal situations that do not derive directly from its instructions. The nanny is responsible for acting in accordance with these guidelines.
