We are an agency. Laura and Mariana, the founders, personally coordinate every booking: they receive your request, choose the right nanny from our roster and follow up. They are not the ones attending each service; their job is to guarantee that whoever arrives at your door has passed the full vetting and is backed by the agency.

Four hours per service. Beyond that, each extra hour is billed at the corresponding day or night rate.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a $200 MXN fee. Your booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is paid.

Yes, we have bilingual nannies. Add the bilingual extra (+$110/hour) at quoting — ideal for foreign families or for practicing the language through play.

Yes. We offer homework support (+$120/hour) and early stimulation (+$100/hour); when you select them, we specifically assign a nanny with an education background for those activities.

Yes, from babies to big kids. Tell us your children's ages when quoting and we'll assign the professional with the ideal profile (including nurses for the littlest ones).

The entire team is first-aid certified and trained for emergencies. We also contact you immediately and, if needed, activate local emergency services.

No. Direct hiring is prohibited under our terms: the agency is what guarantees vetting, backup and replacements. Services outside our channels carry no coverage whatsoever.
