Ideally 3–7 days ahead. Tell us your dates, hotel or area, your children’s ages, and whether you need an English-speaking sitter.

🗣️ What if we don’t speak Spanish?
No problem. Add the bilingual nanny option when you request a quote (+$110 MXN/hour) and we assign a team member who speaks English. Your coordinators Lau and Mariana can also assist you in English over WhatsApp to arrange everything before you land.
🏨 Childcare at hotels and Airbnbs
We regularly work in hotels across Zapopan, Providencia, Andares and downtown Guadalajara, as well as short-term rental apartments and houses. We only need a responsible adult registered at the accommodation and to know the venue’s rules. If the hotel requires the sitter’s ID, we provide it without issue.

Rates for visitors 💰
The same as for local families: from $100 MXN per hour in-home (1 child, daytime), 4-hour minimum, night rate after 8 PM, and +10% if you book within 24 hours. The bilingual add-on is +$110 MXN/hour.

How far ahead should I book from abroad?
3–7 days is ideal, especially if you need an English-speaking sitter or you are travelling in high season (December, Easter, wedding season). If you are already here and need someone today, we offer express service with a 10% surcharge.
Can I pay in dollars or with a foreign card?
Rates are quoted and charged in Mexican pesos. Your coordinator will explain the available payment methods when you confirm your booking.
Can the sitter take my kids out sightseeing?
Care takes place at the agreed location. Any outing or transport must be authorised in writing in advance and coordinated with your coordinator.
Do you watch babies during a wedding that ends after midnight?
Yes. We operate 24/7 and cover late-ending events. The night rate applies after 8 PM.
